Stephy Mavididi worked side by side with Cristiano Ronaldo in the Portuguese star’s first season with Juventus, in the 2018/19 season. In an interview with Daily Mail, Mavididi, a current Leicester player, talked about the time he played with Ronaldo, who currently plays for Al Nassr Club in the Saudi Arabia National Championship (Saudi Pro League).

According to Mavididi, Cristiano Ronaldo has the freedom to play wherever he wants at Juventus, creating his own position in the Turin team. “Cristiano Ronaldo has his own position at Juventus. He likes to play in any position. It’s crazy to have Ronaldo as a teammate. When Ronaldo is training with you, you know you’ll need to put in the effort whether it’s practicing on the field or crossing the ball and finishing. But when I played against Ronaldo it was really a nightmare because he was very good in every aspect,” Mavididi said.

In the interview, in addition to lavishly praising his former teammate, Stephy Mavididi also revealed something curious about Cristiano Ronaldo. More specifically, off the field, CR7 impressed his colleagues in an unusual way. According to Mavididi, this striker has a huge car collection and comes to practice every day with a different car.

“Every day Ronaldo comes to practice in a different car. Those were cars we had never seen in our lives. All are spectacular, top-of-the-line sports cars. I remember one time he came to watch the Formula 1 race held in Monaco. The next day, Ronaldo showed up with an incredible McLaren sports car. We have never seen a car like it,” Mavididi shared with admiration.
